Patrick Baldwin Jr. has signed a two-way contract with the Sacramento Kings, the team announced on February 22, 2026. The 7-0 forward has appeared in 96 career games, averaging 3.7 points and 2.0 rebounds per game with Golden State, Washington, the LA Clippers, and Philadelphia. In 18 G League appearances this season with the San Diego Clippers, he is averaging 21.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.2 steals in 35.3 minutes per game. Baldwin was originally selected with the 28th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft by the Warriors following his freshman season at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The Sacramento Kings are proud to continue building authentic relationships globally, said Sacramento Kings President of Business Operations John Rinehart. We see tremendous opportunity to grow the game through youth engagement, cultural exchange, and strong partnerships that reflect who we are as an organization. In addition to activations in India and Australia, the organization also supported the Basketball Africa League through staffing and entertainment leadership, extending the Kings global engagement efforts while contributing to the NBA's continued growth across emerging basketball markets. From New Delhi to Melbourne, the Kings brought together basketball, entertainment, and community for an incredible NBA experience. The Sacramento Kings joined a series of youth-focused community events, participated in BUDX NBA House, and collaborated with Visit California and Adobe to expand the Kings impact. Building on the organization's historic 2019 visit to Mumbai, when the Kings participated in the first NBA game in India, the activations reinforced the franchise's long-term commitment to growing the game and building meaningful connections across the region. Throughout the week, the Kings connected directly with local communities through events designed to inspire and engage the next generation of players.
